WHO WE ARE
PURPOSE AND MISSION
IDENTITY:
We are a General Union and will represent all New Afrikan/Black workers regardless of employment sector.
We are an Independent Union
PURPOSE:
We will serve as advocates for jobs, justice, freedom and self-determination on behalf of all Black workers, their families, neighborhoods and communities.
To represent the collective best interest of Black (African-American, New Afrikan) workers through advocacy and collective bargaining
MISSION:
To represent the collective best interest of Black (African-American, New Afrikan) workers regarding wages, benefits, pensions, employment opportunities, safety, training and career advancement.
To serve as a collective-bargaining agent and/or advocate on behalf of Black workers regarding any and all claims of illegal discrimination within the workplace and/or bidding and procurement process.
